MIDHILLS Prime Residences Genting Highlands

The view was nice.

The bathroom was no place for hang clothes, very bad water supply, water heater not working properly, we did not complaint anything with the staff because we was rushing with something.... Bathroom was not really clean,.when we enter the room it was smell something bad. I don't have any photos to proof, but what I am telling is real. Please check my records how many hotels, homestays I have been stayed, this is the quite worst studio that I have stayed. I am sorry to saying this. One more thing..... When we was checking the staffs was very nice with us, the next shift staff which handle our checkout she don't even know how to respect clients, she dnt even smile at us, just took receipt of deposite from us returned the deposite by using her left hand, this is really unrespectful act. We totally disappointed with the room's bathroom and the morning shift staff.
