I didn't like the room they gave me. It has molding smell, filled with insects, Cockroaches running and flying. You guys promised mountain view but we were in 2nd floor of the building. It didn't had any moutian view. Room was dusty. Then we changed to another room. It was slightly better but the shower head didn't work. Toilet had this shit smell. Only good thing was the balcony and lighting. And also there were no view. They took 10 hours to send a maintenance to come and check the shower head. They didn't offer us another room, no solution was provided. I didn't shower in my entire stay there.

All negative. Nothing good about this place. Staff promised us that they will show us another room but they didn't show any room either call us to tell that the room was booked. Until I called and checked. They said the room was booked. The stuff who promised us the room, wasn't there.
