Los ruidos de los pisos de arriba y abajo. Si vais para trabajar, id a otro sitio ya que se descansa mal. La limpieza bastante mala. Una cucaracha en el extractor de cocina.

Location is brilliant, quiet street, easy to access entry ti propwrty etc. Good communication with host.

Nothing, all fine. Its quite a dark apartment as we were on the second floor, but rhats to be expected in these type of buildings.

"Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage, Fußläufig alles Wichtige erreichbar, extremst steiler Treppenaufgang"

Die schöne, helle Wohnung im 2. Stock, war sehr sauber, nur leider sehr hellhörig, was ja nur an der Bausubstanz liegt und ohne Aufzug. Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, sehr gute Restaurants & Cafés, das Meer/den Hafen, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum alles gut zu Fuß zu erkunden. Verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind auch in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Auch zum direkten Flughafenbus A1 sind es nur 12 Gehminuten. Andernfalls ist auch ein Taxistand nahe der Wohnung Fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Küche bietet alles für eine Selbstversorgung. Das Schlafzimmer ist von der Wohnküche mit einer Glastür abtrennbar. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieterservice war auch sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen, aber nur für Menschen ohne gesundheitliche Einschränkungen beim Treppen steigen !!!

Das Folgende sind nicht wirkliche Kritiken aber vielleicht sehr wichtige Hinweise: Wir hatten bereits mehrere Unterkünfte in Palma, diese Wohnung war die einzige bisher, die keine Willkommensgetränke im Kühlschrank hatte-das wäre nur ein kleiner Tipp für eine nette Geste, wenn der Gast z.B. von einer langen Anreise kommt. Wichtig ➡️ Der einzige Grund warum wir diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen würden, ist alleine nur Aufgrund der extremst steilen & engen Treppe, die für Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen absolut nicht zu empfehlen ist !
