Parcarea peste tot doar cu bani si cam scumpa si gazdei la plecare i am cerut sa ne mai lase inca doua ore la check out caci aveam avion la ora 18:00 si nu a vrut si a trebuit sa plecam cu doi copii de la ora 10:45

I really enjoyed my stay in this place in Palma. The location was excellent, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The amenities were great, and the space was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

What I didn’t like was that there was no information provided about a cleaning service. On two separate occasions, a lady entered the property by typing in the access code and opening the door while I was inside on my own. While once could be a mistake, it happening twice was worrying and made me feel uncomfortable, especially knowing that she had access to the code. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable, which affected my sleep.

Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba ordenado pero no estaba limpio, como si no hubiesen pasado el servicio de limpieza.Las toallas de baño demasiado pequeñas

Excellent location with everything in the old city within walking distance including an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Comfortable apartment with all the basic amenities. Excellent communications with Julieta before and during, with a very prompt response and offer to fix a minor snag on a Sunday evening.

Whilst these elements were not problematic for us and cannot be changed, people should be aware of the steep stair access to the apartment which may not be suitable for all. Also the street (carrer) is a narrow footway and noise from the backs of adjacent restaurants carries and can be intrusive for some.
