Appartamento perfetto per una visita in città essendo comodo a tutto. L'appartamento è moderno e accogliente Nonostante sia in pieno centro l'appartamento risulta silenzioso anche di notte

Le scale dell'appartamento sono particolarmente ripide e strette rendendo complesso l'accesso all'appartamento soprattutto con le valigie. Fortunatamente noi avevamo appartamento to al primo piano, non dovevamo andare al terzo piano. L'aria condizionata in camera è puntata direttamente sul letto. L'appartamento non è idoneo per più di due persone, gli spazi sono molto limitati o comunque per soggiorno lunghi (noi abbiamo fatto una sola notte)

Great location, great host. Sofa bed was made for us on arrival and the host was very helpful during our stay in Palma

If you are elderly the stairs may be an issue but we were fine

The apartment is right in the city center, so everything was within walking distance. We also had a car, and the host provided us with all the necessary parking information. The apartment was very clean, both the couch and the bed were comfortable. There were four of us, and the space was more than enough. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.

The only downside is that the walls are not soundproof, so light sleepers might be disturbed. But other than that, we really liked everything!
