Très bel appartement, bien situé. Belles prestations.

Espace, propreté, équipements, le Check-in avec serrures a code et surtout emplacement. Petites attentions très sympa : capsules cafe, bouteille d’eau, de vin, bonbon

Presque tout était impeccable peut être le lit double était un peu trop petit pour 2 adultes corpulents

El apartamento es fantástico: limpísimo, decorado con mucho gusto, al detalle, con todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina (cuchillos que cortan, vajilla en condiciones y todo lo que se pueda necesitar), incluso un kit inicial de productos básicos (aceite, sal, pastillas lavavajillas, etc.) El apartamento está muy bien insonorizado y con aire acondicionado en sala y las dos habitaciones. Está en una zona muy céntrica, cercana al Jardín do Morro y con la parada del metro al lado.

No nos indicaron que el apartamento estaba en un 2º piso sin ascensor, hasta el último momento, se hubiera agradecido saberlo para valorar si era el adecuado. Los baños estaban muy limpios pero a pesar de los ambientadores (se nota el interés del anfitrión por intentar cuidarlo) había momentos del día en que el olor a cañería era bastante notable.

Excelente apartamento. Muy bien situado para ver la puesta del sol sobre el río, cerca del puente y del tranvía al centro. Tb tiene un supermercado enfrente y varios restaurantes en la proximidades. Muy bien amueblado. No echamos nada en falta

We had a lovely one week stay, the a flat was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you can imagine. Perfectly located next to the Jardim do Morro and very close walking distance to the center, along the metro line. The communication was always fast and very helpful between us and the host. We really appreciated accessing the accommodation with a code system, it is very easy and anybody can enter at any time without having logistical problems with keys and such. All in all, our stay was extremely comfortable here so i can really recommend to stay at Gaya Avenue Flats!

Our recent stay was extremely frustrating due to severe issues with property management. Despite contacting them 24 hours in advance and confirming our arrival multiple times, we were refused entry codes upon arrival. Even after check-in time (3 PM), we still hadn't received the codes. The manager claimed they sent them and then failed to resend them after we confirmed nothing was received. We had to contact Booking.com, and it took considerable effort to reach someone. A local restaurant manager, who spoke Portuguese, ultimately saved our trip by intervening on our behalf. Without her help, we would have been stranded with three senior citizens (70+ years old) and forced to find another hotel, as our booking was non-refundable. We finally gained access to the apartment at 6 PM, losing an entire day of our vacation due to their complete lack of organization and responsiveness. The owner/manager was also extremely frustrated and difficult to communicate with, only adding to the stress. We rented two apartments and provided all necessary information, yet the management company utterly failed to provide basic access. While Booking.com offered a small refund, the stress and wasted time were significant. We would absolutely not recommend staying here until their management vastly improves."

This management showed utter incompetence and a complete disregard for guests. Losing an entire day of our vacation to their miscommunication and unwillingness to rectify their mistake was unacceptable. We rented two apartments and provided all necessary information, yet they failed at the most basic service: providing access. We absolutely would not recommend staying here.
