USThis place was UNBELIEVABLE. If you are going to PORTO, stop your search and rent this spot. I promise... While you are close to everything, you are actually in a local neighborhood and not a tourist trap spot. The location is absolutely perfect. You were right across a grocery store. You were right next to a fresh produce store. You are also right next to a wonderful 'please everyone' Italian restaurant. Two separate and very comfortable bedrooms. Two separate and very spacious showers. There is a full size dining room. There is a separate seating area where the washing machine is and it is very convenient. The kitchen is very functional and it has everything. They even provided us with a bottle of delicious wine on arrival. The towels were clean and fluffy. There were proper closets and hangers to put everything away. The balcony was tiny but functional and we enjoyed our early coffees on the patio.
Just a couple of very small and minor things. We did not love the coffee machine. I know this is silly, but in Europe, we are used to good coffee. It may have been the coffee machine, because even though we bought our own strong capsules, it still tasted weak like Folgers coffee! This other thing, I was the only one who noticed it. The trash under the kitchen sink had a bad smell (even when empty). I can't describe it. My husband and girls couldn't smell it, but every time I smelled it, I felt like I was going to gag. Like when someone has bad oral hygiene and have a rotting tooth. I let the owner know, but didn't feel like I wanted to further explore where it was coming from.

CAUSGreat location on a main road with anything we needed just steps away. When the windows were closed you couldn't hear any street noise including the tram going by. Kitchen had everything we needed.
I would have liked that the sofa could open to a bed. I knew when I booked that was not an option.

We had two water leaks during our stay, one by the washer and one by the toilet. The staff was very prompt in fixing and it wasn’t a big issue. The exterior door doesn’t always close so make sure you do that upon leaving. We found it open a few times.
