Lots of space, there is a sandwich maker, coffee machine, good location, convenient access to the apartment at any time, good price for 4 people

We stayed 4 people for one night, we didn't like that there were only two people with bedding, the other two didn't have any, people had to sleep with the blanket, which is unhygienic. There were at least 5 spiders, cobwebs on the ceiling, flies. We found bread crumbs on the floor in the living room, so it seems that the rooms weren't cleaned before us. There was a very strong smell in all the rooms, like mold, dampness or old age. The same smell was on the coverlet, the blanket, it was unpleasant to sleep and we were afraid that there might be some kind of beetle. Really need a house scent.The beds were not very comfortable, but everyone is different, these were soft, felt like boards or springs, creaked. We prefer hard beds, others like soft ones. We also felt uncomfortable because of one locked door in the room. I don't know, maybe it's just a storage room, but it was scary that no one would slip out of it at night 🤣 Also, something was knocking on the walls, we didn't make any noise. There was also no parking space near the house, it was occupied, but we found a place near the "Aral" gas station. However, the owner did not clearly indicate where we could leave the car and where that parking lot was. So, if we had come as two people, the price would definitely be too high for such quality, but when you share the money between 4 and just need to sleep, it's not bad enough

Alternative Wohnung in Bullay schön gelegen

Die Kommunikation war teils schwierig, vorab war der Vermieter kaum zu erreichen, am Anreisetag wurde uns dann eine alternative Wohnung in Bullay angeboten wegen eines Schadens in der Wohnung in Cochem. Die Wohnung in Bullay ist schön gelegen mit einem Garten, der aber ungepflegt ist und so nicht genutzt werden kann und die Wohnung selber war zum Teil schmutzig, insbesondere die Küche war nicht gepflegt, das Geschirr dreckig und auch insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht besonders gepflegt. Nach Anreise war der Vermieter dann auch wieder nicht zu erreichen.

Leider wurde sehr kurzfristig (4h vor Ankunft) storniert. Auf Anfragen zum Check-In wurde über zwei Wochen nicht reagiert. Grund der Stornierung war laut Anbieter ein elektrisches Problem in der Wohnung, auf Booking würde von einer Überbuchung gesprochen. Würde eine Buchung nicht empfehlen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Ja was soll man erwarten. Für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen ok. Trotz Angabe Kein WLAN Passwort vorhanden. Ja ,der Preis war ok. Für Zartbesaitete Menschen ist es jedoch nix!!!
