The room had everything needed for a confortable stay. It had a well equiped kitchen and a confortable bed. It is super close to the beach and other facilities.

Unfortunatelly too much noise from the street renovation work done right in front of the apartment windows. Besides that, on two nights we could not sleep during the night due to a very strong noise produced by a sewage cleaning truck doing work in front of the apartment from 3 am to 5 am! Another negative point refers to the fact that in one of the nights there was a problem with the water heating system. I took a quick shower and when my wife went to take her shower the water was freezing cold. I´ve made a request for the problem to be ckecked and I was said that "I should turn off the water when soaping my body..". And the last point is the lack of a shapoo holder in the shower. You have to keep everything on the shower floor and that can be challenging for not so young guests..

It was close to the beach, restaurants. The apartment was well equipped set up nice.

New air conditioning units installed so more comfortable on colder evenings

Location, apartment good,

No heating, freezing cold, electric oil heater, which did not make any difference to the cold, I have rhanards decease, and would not have booked if I had known no heating

Great apartment. Flight arrived late evening and was able to collect keys from a key safe. Great location in Armacao and restaurant under apartment
