Vila Mar Praia - Free wifi - 50 m From the beach

Clean and comfortable apartments for a family of 4. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The view from the balcony allowed us to see the ocean which was a pleasure. We will be happy to visit these apartments again.

Location - the aparment is in the downtown of Armacao de Pera Beatiful sandy beach with the rocks on the right Fully equipted new kitchen with the bar desk Plenty of tasty restaurants in the neighberhood There was live music on Wednesday and on Saturday at Sam's coffee Very small balcony with the sea view

No AC - we stayed there during the hot days (over then 40°C) and It wasn't so comfortable The apartment looked quite old and used, also the elevator and the entrance lock was old-fashioned We were missing 2 sheets on a blanket and 1 towel, so we had to use our towels to cover ourselves at night. Delivering new sheets took 2 days and finally they gave us just one sheet and 2 towels :) No private parking - there is really difficult to find a place to parking and you have to park a couple streets away from the apartment 300€ security deposit which wasn't returned till 1 week from check out. Also we haven't get a confirmation, that everything is all right

Excellent condition apartment, with all equipments required and more, to spend a couple of days. Excellent location.

The apartment is very close to the beach.

You can see the sea only when you stand on the balcony and look to the left. You cannot see the sea from inside the apartment even if you stand next to the balcony door. You look at the ugly building opposite. The apartment is not sound-proof. We could hear people talking (in a normal voice) in the neighbouring apartment. There was also building work going on at the building opposite, and a noisy machine was operating on and off from 9.00 until 17.00 on working days. The work seemed to have just started, so it may continue throughout the spring and perhaps also the summer of 2023. It was difficult to find parking. We did find a spot every day. But it was in April and most of the apartments were still vacant. I cannot imagine how it is in summer when all the apartments are occupied.

Excellent location and plenty of room.

Stay for 19 nights sheets for bed we're only changed once after making numerous phone calls to the office asked for more towels they could have been a better quality.

No breakfast. Good location

Needed small table on balcony. Two sets of keys would be great.
