The Nook - A stylish apartment with garden, near the beach

Lovely quiet road, very close to Spittal beach and a 15 minute walk to the railway station and a bit less to the town. Warm and comfortable, with everything needed for a few nights, mostly self catering

Clean, good location, good communication with the host

One suggestion… Could have had paper towels and Kleenex supplied

Super little cottage about a 15 minute walk from the main town. Very well furnished and well equipped. Spacious lounge with TV which has all channels and Netflix, handy on winter nights. Secure garden for the dogs accessed via a shared passageway - neighbour and her dog very friendly. Great for a short break.

Ideal location for us: close enough to walk in/out Berwick, near the estuary & quiet

Lounge furniture was not comfy & the kitchen was both poorly equipped for our cooking needs & was not very clean.

The location of The Nook is excellent just short walk maybe 10 minutes or so over either of the bridges takes you into Berwick main street. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. Decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It had a very homely and very calming feeling, we were so relaxed. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year.

There was nothing negative I could say about The Nook.

Very clean, well decorated and tastefully furnished apartment in a very good location within walking distance of Berwick Town centre, Spittal beach and the coast path. Parking was easy in the road outside and the owner was easy to contact and got an electrician round within a few hours to sort a problem with the electrics. Recommended

The covered outside yard and the garden bench area could do with a bit of attention as they are being invaded by brambles. You can hear people moving around in the flat above, this did not bother us but is something to be aware of.

Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic walk to town centre about 15 mins close to some lovely restaurants, Plenty of takeaways and right next to a big Asda, lovely place to stay
