In an excellent location, quite stylish. Has everything you need.

The beds were not very comfortable especially the single beds. They are really only for young children not an adult.

"A wee gem of a place"

It was charming, decorated & provisioned tastefully & thoughtfully, extra dressed for the festive season with gifts, good location with amenities around yet quiet street. Felt like someone’s home (not sterile) & highly responsive owners when I had a wee challenge after hubby was out. Everything worked, hot water, good shower, comfy beds & owners checked that we had enough towels etc. Parking outside the door made it easy & I appreciated there was a welcoming light & it being a notified in advance colour which stood out as we searched for it. Comprehensive comms in advance too!

The upstairs neighbours seemed to have wooden floors and were noisy late & early - this led to some stress barking from our wee rescue dog. The garden was up steep steps with no handrail. This wasn’t an issue for my husband and he was able to carry our wee dog up. I’m not sure footed, our dog is low to the ground with short legs but bulky, heavy, long bodied so it didn’t work for me as I couldn’t carry her with safety for us both. So unable to use it as I’d hoped 1st & last thing (my hubby was only there 1/4 of the booked time). As these are personal to me presently, it’s why I gave 8/10 - I’d have given a 10 if simply been on my own.
