Really good value and well located in town. Newark is really pretty and there are a few good pubs.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything you'd need for a nice escape. Kitchen, living space and a very comfy bed. Provided with a parking permit so no issues there. The property is only 10 minute walk from the town centre and shops.

Had issues with the shower. It was either too hot or too cold and the water came out too slow. My girlfriend had difficulty washing her hair. Had to use the sink instead.

Perfect base for a few days. A comfortable home from home and excellent location for the town.

Water pressure for the shower was low, but it's flat Lincolshire so understandable.

Everything! Room was clean and tidy, kitchen was well stocked (we didn't need to cook) but if we did everything was there. Bathroom was clean. Great location, about 5 min walk to town centre.

Parking, but that's down to the location. A permit was provided for 1 car (1 permit per apartment). However, the next street does allow road parking so not a deal breaker.

Great central location, very clean and fresh. Thoughtful touches like a fan in the bedroom. Much nicer than a hotel room.

The bed was far too soft for my taste. Booking.com website lost my messages so I didn’t have the access details there, but they were in my email. Made for a confusing arrival as the info on the door talks about a key fob but there isn’t one. Host was very helpful when I contacted her bewildered.

Clean apartment in a good location.

Shower, did not maintain temperature either cold or boiling hot.

There was no breakfast, I liked the accessibility to the town center.

The keys were not in the lock box and when I inquired to the manager over the phone about where the keys to the room are instead of confirming she said the keys were in the lock box. She sounded accusing me of something. Also, on my last day I inquired if I can extend my stay and that was a bit difficult because she wanted me to send a bank transfer without any giving me enough information. I think she’s too young and new in this business. Hopefully, she becomes better in hospitality and management.

Bed was terrible. Was advised it was new But it was an incredibly soft mattress on a soft sprung base and hence incredibly uncomfortable for rwo average weight adults so we left a night early. The fridge lacked door shelves, so limited capacity. On Thursday and Friday night we were woken several times till 2am by drunk people in the street causing a distance.
