Parking was safe and simple. All necessary facilities were available. A comfortable stay.

The sofa and the colour scheme were amazing. I loved how you left a little note to make me feel welcome. Thank you for that. I love how it had pretty much everything you needed like an iron, hairdryer and fan, I used the fan every night. The kettle was the cleanest kettle I have ever seen. I loved how everything was so organised and minimalist.

The kitchen tap didn't run hot water unfortunately. The plug hole also had gaps so let water down the drain when I was washing up. The clock was also stopped at 11.20 but its nothing major. Unfortunately I had to be up at 5.30 for work and the people upstairs were very noisy. I didn't want to complain and throw them out but I didn't get much sleep because of that and the bed. The bed was very low and the mattress seemed quite thin.

I like the size and design of the appartment

The cleanliness was appalling. Greasy finger marks all over kitchen area. Dust. Dead skin and toe nails all over the sofa and pouffe. Unable to sleep in the bed as the mattress was so poor. When contacted the owner just stated she would feed it on. No offer to get the apartment cleaned. Despite a note saying "thanks for supporting my local business" no offer to rectify the situation or good will gesture. Felt like my issues just fell on deaf ears. AVOID!

The room was large and very comfortable. It was a good place to stay.

The safe to access the key was very stiff to open. The process was too complicated.
