Very nice room, bed was really comfortable!

It is relative central. Large.

I thought this was a hotel. It was Airbnb like. Entrance from straight in from the street. Heavy traffic outside. The sleeping room was inside the flat, no ventilation. In the bedroom there was sooty windows to the main entrance; I could hear people come and leave - and woke up when the lights were on.

We liked everything - the kitchen, the quiet street (except for one nuance), the nearby Lidl and the washing machine. The apartment was very clean and the mattress was perfect for my back (I have a problem with my spine). It takes ±20 mins to walk to the bridge.

Although the street is quite calm at night, the passing cars cause a lot of noise - I had to use earplugs during the night and headphones during the day while working. Nevertheless, I managed to have a good sleep. On the contrary, the noise didn't cause any discomfort to my fiancee, so I assume the issue is personal.
