Quiet with backyard

Wifi worked intermittently.

It has a good potential because it was really clean, the bed was comfy and the balcony was amazing

But the hospitality was missing. The basic (garbage bags, enough toilet paper, shower gel, scissors, cleaning cloth, kitchen towel, bottle opener, etc) was missing. I asked for these and she gave us half of it. But I asked three times for toilet paper, which she ignored, what resulted in having to buy this for ourself. 1.5 day later she apologized for this.. Last but not least, there were workers next to the place, every day starting before 8am (she told me when I asked about it, they will start at 9am or later) which was not their fault but would have been nice to knew about this but it was a terrible and loud noise. All of this made me not recommend this place to people

The location was really good. I also very much like the courtyard with the little terrace attached to the appartment

The first night it was raining resulting in a leakage and this flooded the kitchen. When I send a message about this, I received a reply only in the afternoon. By then, I had already cleaned the mess up myself. Another thing bothering me was the bad smell in the apartment, which was already there before the leakage.

Great room, very confortable, easily accessible to the center.

I liked the location

I did not like the temperature u was cold and no way for to adjust. as per the owner they are the only people that is able to adjust the temperature
