Pillows were too big and very hard . Everyone had stiff necks both mornings. Wi-Fi kept dropping out so TV was glitchy Shower drain was blocked

Well equipped kitchen flowing into the dining area with the most fantastic view of the quay plus the added bonus of the balcony which I can imagine is amazing in the summer months! Lovely welcome basket on arrival - we had booked dinner at The Globe for the first night and had lunch at Bang in Wells on our last day, tried the new Flour pizza for a takeaway which was fab and of course the local bakery and Plattens Fish & Chips too, such a treat. The walk to the beach was lovely as always and so therapeutic, can't wait to return again!

The location and views were excellent. It was central to great eating places and there was plenty of paid parking options. The flat was well equipped and there was a welcome basket.

There was an extra flight of stairs I wasn’t expecting and am on crutches so my expectations weren’t fully managed.

Beds were super comfy, apartment is stylish, very sweet welcome hamper (nice touch).

En-suite shower was woeful - temperature would go from freezing to boiling constantly, poor pressure and poor drainage (but the main bathroom worked perfectly so not the end of the world and wouldn’t stop me going back)

Spacious, beautiful views, amazing location, very clean and comfortable
