"Lovely short break in Wells"

Very comfortable well equipped flat with great views of the water and a fantastic location. The quay is always interesting and the cafes and shops are on the doorstep. Picture doesn’t do it justice Host left a generous welcome hamper and toiletries

Location and hosts and apartment was absolutely lovely would highly recommend this place and would definitely revisit

We did have a bit of a problem with the key lock box it wouldn’t open and even staff struggled to open it was given master key but that didn’t work very well and we did have problems unlocking the door but staff were lovely and sorted it for us on the 2nd day … the only reason I didn’t give this a 10/10 but a really minor issue just highlighted it so the key box can be fixed

Beautifully decorated and location was amazing. It was the little special touches that made it really good. Welcome hamper was amazing, robes in both bedrooms were so warm and comfy. The hand soap and bathroom products were so gorgeous and smelled wonderful. The property was lovely and clean. Access was easy.

Only one negative was the showers. The heads were very sporadic and no slip mat in the en suite. Hot water took a few minutes to get up to the right temperature but then went either very hot or cold. 😕

"Weekend stay for sisters special birthday"

High spec, fabulous views and probably one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The decor was really nice and it had everything we needed, loved the balcony and sitting out having drinks. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had no electric in most of the apartment from about 3am Saturday morning. We tried calling the emergency number, all contact numbers and even sent text. We have never had any response ! Eventually found the fuse box at lunchtime and the left hand side RCD was down., this was after sending a picture to my husband. So that was disappointing and would wonder if there was an emergency who they could get hold of.

"Great location for stay."

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Bath didn’t work and neither did the Smart TVs so couldn’t do family movie time.
