Seagull's Sanctuary

Location - central. Views from flat - beautiful Bathrooms and bedrooms - excellent. Quiet - even though above a chip shop (no fumes though) and a road outside. Recommended for a leisurely, comfortable, and surprisingly interesting stay.

No cleaning equipment, so unable to tidy up at the end of our stay. (However, perhaps the hosts intend not to expect guests to clean before they leave!) Perhaps it was just a one-off, but we found no toiletries had been left in the bathrooms for us.

Very well used and showing signs. Had trouble with the WiFi connection and the free netflix account promoted in the welcome guide didn't work. No response from owner. Have advised owner of the following areas of refurbishment required (also detailed by other guests in the guest book): Light switch in bedroom is dodgy jacuzzi bath didn't work, WiFi doesn't work for this accommodation - strong signal shown for the adjoining accommodation Double bed is very uncomfortable with springs sticking out bin lid doesn't close meaning goes door lock is tricky dishwasher and fridge doors don't work , shower heads are blocked and only partially work Caffetierre is broken

Superbly appointed apartment in the best location

It wasn’t an issue for us but stairs would be tight for less able. We couldn’t get the bath to work. I’m sure this is easily sorted.

Shower heads needed to be clean and the kitchen sink needs a new plug won’t hold water

Everything was fantastic beds decor bath robes bed linen and hospitality

There was nothing we didn’t like
