Perfect location. Beautiful internal design with attention to detail. The views are amazing and I loved the balcony watching the fishing boats come in!!

"Just perfect!"

Loved everything about our stay at Seagull’s Sanctuary! Easy check in & out, good communication beforehand with clear instructions. Beautiful apartment in a prime location right on the quayside, and a minutes walk to the shops, pubs & restaurants. Spacious, clean & bright, yet warm & cosy by night. Two double bedrooms, with very comfortable beds, stacks of storage & big fluffy dressing gowns. Two bathrooms, with roomy walk in showers, (one of which also has a whirlpool bath)! Full well equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge & freezer, coffee machine etc., along with every pot, pan & utensil you’re likely to need. We only made breakfast there, as there are so many great eating options right on the doorstep. The absolute icing on the cake tho was the the balcony, with direct views of the quayside, with the fully working port, the bird life (bring binoculars!), & the ever shifting tides & changing skies.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! If I were being really, really picky tho, it would be nice to have a couple of hooks in the bathrooms to hang the dressing gowns on, whilst in the shower.

We loved everything about the property. Loved the location, property was fantastic and a perfect base for a perfect few days away with friends.

Parking in Wells can be difficult, and this is the only minor issue.

"Fabulous apartment with a wonderful ever changing view!l"

Fabulous location with amazing views. Spacious modern apartment, tastefuly furnished with a great kitchen. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Extremely clean and well equipped. Very good communication from the owners. Lovely welcome pack.

A couple of larger pans would be useful and there were no dishwasher tablets, but these were very minor points.
