Perfect location for our stay

The place is great. The pool was amazing, and it was a lot more pleasant to spend time here than on the beach. There was always enough space on the sun loungers. We enjoyed the sauna too. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, good quality of towels and bed sheets. Shower had good pressure and hot water. TV with Netflix. Good AC (although impossible to control in the living room, it was on if the power was on). It was quiet at night. There was a free bottle of rose as a welcome gift.

The communication was not the easiest. We came early and wanted to drop off our bags, but even though we asked no one told us there was a luggage storage (which there was). I also made a mistake when booking and booked for 1 person instead of 2 (my fault, obviously). When I realised this, I checked Booking for different dates and it made no difference to the price whether I tired to book for 1 or 2 people. After mentioning this error to the host they tried to charge us more, and I had to send them various screenshots of Booking and argue about it before they agreed to keep the price unchanged.

It was perfect, the host manager helped us with activities on the area and he was available for everything we asked for, and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

Everything was fine, except when I turned on the stove, 2 roaches came out of the stove. Other than that, it was what I expected

Good location with big choice of the bar and restaurants nearby, an excellent swimming pool with rest area, the accommodations itself with full equipments and very quick and professional check in, check out with nice welcome!

The service from the team was seamless, and they were easily contactable for any questions. The facilities in the building are great, with a very large pool and lots of sun beds. It’s in a central Bocagrande location, but is still quiet in the flat so is perfect. The flat itself is really comfortable and spacious.

A clothes horse would have been helpful in addition to the washing machine / tumble dryer but isn’t an essential for most people.

Everything was as promised. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nohemy was there for anything we needed and Raul checked in regularly. A great place to stay for short or long time, would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The property had all the facilities described, such as a pool, sauna, gym, 24 hours reception. The apartment is spacious with all you need inside. I really like the balcony and the kitchen

A modern and very well equipped apartment in a good location. Host and cleaner very attentive and understand customer care. Happy to come back next time in Cartagena.
