The appartement was amazing, in a nice location, and provided everything we could need. And what to say about Raul! He was an amazing host. Always ready to help and and accommodate us. Same things goes for Nohemy you handed us the appartement the day we arrived. Would definitively recommend and come back!

Not exactly about the apartment, but about the payment process. If you pay with card, you will have to pay 6% extra charge (likely to cover bank fees). You can find this info only if you dig in deep into Booking details. There were some construction works still going on around pool area, but you can get there with some small loop around the building.

What I liked the most was the host / owner of the flat. He was always kind and responsive.

- The first impression was dissapointing due to quality issues in the cleanness. - The person who was meeting for giving the keys (who was one of the cleaning ladies) took too long and was not responsive to texts. - The door of the shower is not closing well. - The door of the balcony in the living room doesn't close totally, therefore there is no isolation and the noise from the street is annoying. - There is no soap in the second restroom. - The common areas around the pool are lack of maintenance, there are broken tiles and flooring, and there are very few chairs and beds.

We are a couple in the mid-fifty being on road traveling for over 5 yrs. We booked Raul's apartment for 3 nights mid Dec 23, after a long cost-line trip and are greatful having found this place. It's the perfect location to relax, close to the beach (5') and about 15' from the old town by taxi. Raul's apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers all amenities, including a super comfortable large double bed. The apartment is spacious and also offers a nice terrace. We liked the well equiped kitchen, so we were able to prepare all of our meals ourselves (you must help yourselves with basics, while we got offered a nice bottle of Rosé - many thx :-). The WiFi is fast and all the technical systems (air conditioning, SmartTV, kitchen tools, etc.) are perfectly maintained. We very much enjoyed the fairly large pool area, including jacuzzi. The area is safe and offers various shops and restaurants. Raul's support (via chat) is exceptional and very caring and gives this place the hospitality we highly appreciated. We felt home from the first moment. We recommend this place as a perfect nest to relax . and would be happy to come back. Thank you Raoul for letting us be your guests!

Appartement is really well equiped and has everything you need. It looks like in the pictures. The pool area looks great too. Location is great too, you have everything you need in walking distance and with a taxi your in the old city in about 10 min. Check in was easy and comfortable.

This was my third time staying in Raul’s apartment! The location is perfect, the apartment is modern with everything that you need, and Raul is very accommodating and attentive. Working from the apartment was also a pleasure due to fast internet and good natural lighting. The apartment also has a pool and a gym and Starbucks is two blocks away! Highly recommended.

The Booking. Com reservation system handled everything simply and securely for this home we enjoyed on The Caribbean Sea of Colombia. This Luxury building full 1 br ~ 1 +1/2 bath apartment is centrally situated in midtown Bocagrande, Cartagena with lots of great restaurants and clubs located within walking distance. It’s a short 2 block walk to the beach up the bustling street to the north and 2 blocks to the quieter Bay side south on a peninsula with partial but great views of the beach and city. It’s very quiet, SAFE and secure with security at the front entrance 24/7 and taxis at the property driveway. Security only gives access to residents and guests at the entry concierge. Supermarkets, shops and cafes down the street also. The high floor unit has great A/C, ENTERTAINMENT: 2x- TV, strong WIFI and Bluetooth stereo. Modern decor with a comfortable pull out couch, chair, spacious closets, drawers and a coded safe. Outside the sliding glass doors there is nice wicker furniture on the scenic balcony. Very comfortable bed, nicely appointed with washer and dryer in unit. The extra 1/2 bath off fully equipped cooking kitchen is helpful. Building amenities include secure rooftop terrace pool, steam, showers, sauna, gym, bbq, dining tables and lounge chairs. Raul the host is very good at promptly returning any questions via texts or Whats App. Overall a wonderful private property only a short $3 taxi ride to Old City nightlife and history that was far better than a hotel room.

The lady with the keys meet us in the lobby and toured the facility with us, answering all our questions. The apartment was clean, modern and very nice. Raul was Amazing from start to finish with communication and making sure all our needs were met.
