Big balcony with a beautifull view of the ocean on the one side and the volcano on the other. Close to the beach and a little square with restaurants and bars

There is no parasol or any kind of awning on the balcony to chill if its raining

Great location, amazing view and easy to find parking spots. Host was responsive. The apartment was clean and very well equipped

The property is clean, complete facility equipped.

The place is a little bit far from city center but everything else is good

Very nice apartment, spacious terrace, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. Anything one might need for a short or longer stay.

on reading past reviews about the property, I was impressed that the host has made changes to most of the points in reviews... biggest now is that the host has put in a portable AC unit and also a fan dedicated fast Wifi is now there main bedroom now has a darker curtains. if you are looking for a good holiday place to stay then i would recommend staying here, you have a lot of space for not a lot of money, we had everything we needed and more the views from the terrace are brilliant, sea view one way and view of the arriving planes and the mountains looking the other way, yes you can hear planes but as will most properties in the flightpath, but wasn't a problem. when we stayed the planes stopped at about 8pm and was around 9am before they started again. we was able to find a parking space every night, there's local places to eat close by don't let that its on the 4th floor put you off, start at the bottom and keep going, its not a leg killer from arriving to leaving everything went OK and cant wait to go back next year
