Well equipped apartment, everything we needed was available. Kitchen equipped for simple cooking - everything functional. Pleasant terrace with outdoor furniture. We appreciated the clothes dryer, hair dryer.

In the evening it is a problem to find a parking place in front of the house, but that is not the host's problem.

We really liked the terrace which was perfect for sun baking. The apartment is very good value and the harbour area of Los Abrigos is charming and has great little restaurants without being over touristed.

It was all good.

I'm honestly surprised by the high ratings of the apartment. Unfortunately for myself, I did not see any pluses other than a good price, shops nearby and a comfortable bed (although it was still difficult to sleep and I will explain why below). Although it is fair to say that hostess meet me half-way and returned the money for the unused period of stay.

Very bad soundproofing, like there are almost no walls and doors at all. And it's not even about the fact that the airport is nearby, but about the audibility of neighbors and the street. While in the bathroom you will hear every rustle from the neighbors bathroom. Windows from different rooms looked out upon one small courtyard (it's not even a courtyard, but something like a closet) and every sound from this courtyard is reflected from the walls and spreads through the building. Unfortunately because of this I had to move to another apartment after one day of stay. In addition, I can note the following disadvantages: 1. Hostess speaks only spanish. It's a little strange if you work in tourism industry nowadays. My native language is not english and i don't speak english very well, but i always try to communicate in it abroad because it's an international language. I expected the same from hotels/apartments owners. 2. Shabby mugs and kitchen utensils. Scratched and too small frying pan. 3. The apartment heats up by the sun during the day and as a result in the evening it becomes stuffy to sleep (and if you open the windows, all noises from neighbors and airport became lauder). And there is no air conditioning. 4. It was hard to find proper entrance to the building. Some people on the street helped me, thanks them. More detailed instructions from the hostess would be useful. 5. Windows from the room look directly to another building. Translucent curtains don't provide enough privacy. 6. There are not enough sockets in the kitchen. 7. Lack of lighting in the bathroom. 8. The water in shower changes temperature itself from cold to hot and vice versa. 9. Bad Wi-Fi which works only in kitchen/living room and dissapears in bedroom. Also it's need to consider that apartment located on 4th floor and there are no elevator in building.
