It had everything we needed in the property we didn’t need to take any towels etc. it was nice and cosy we enjoyed being able to sit and chat and watch tv comfortably.

It was quite cold because of the 3 massive windows in the living area. There were quite a few steps outside to get to the property. The beds were not that comfortable.

Excellent accommodation in a great location at a very good price.

Great location for our work. Value for money. We experienced hot water problems, but the management looked into it straight away and offered alternative accommodation (which we declined)

No hot water, we were offered an alternative apartment, which we declined (we thought the original was nicer). The management looked to resolve the issue quickly for us, so a thumbs up for that!

The flat was modern and in a great , central location. My damage was returned promptly.

There wasn't any hot water o the morning we checked out. However, when I informed a property agent, I was assured it would be reported to maintenance immediately.

Excellent location for shopping and restaurants/ bars. It was clean. The communication re. access was very good. The price is reasonable.

The third bed was a very low camp bed and it wasn't possible for an adult to sleep on. The sofa bed was used instead but also extremely uncomfortable.

Location near the Railway station. Security Deposit repaid quickly.

Having to pay a security deposit of £250, when they flat had little of value, curtains/blinds that did not function, 3 levels of security code to access the building/property.

Looks nothing like the pictures, is small and cramped, the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work and they’d replaced one of the beds with a camping bed and would not offer us any money off. The other beds were seriously uncomfortable and the kitchenware was awful. No teatowel, had to use my shower towel to cook and dry up. Some of the furniture had been replaced. Really tired, cramped and just vibeless. You didn’t want to hang out in there!
