The location of the apartment was near to all amenities. The apartment was furnished and fully equipped and the cleanliness was to a high standard.

There wasn't anything to complain about. The apartment met all our expectations.

Great apartment, very comfortable, located in a wonderful spot - close to everything, near coffee shops, restaurants, a shopping mall, easy to get from there to interesting sites and to Newcastle University. We received air fans in the rooms to our request. The collection of the keys and the check-in were easy and quick. The apartment felt like home and it was a very nice staying. Enjoyed a lot!

Uncomfortable sofas and armchairs Sound insulation was not satisfactory so a bit noisy. No soap/shampoo available. Beds 140cm width so a bit small for 2 people.

The place looks a bit tired - pictures taken off the wall, carpet stained in quite a number of places, duvet and pillow when we arrived had lots of grey lint on them, which felt a bit icky. The tv we could not work out at all (and we are fairly tech savvy). Asked a couple of times how to get it working and, whilst the response was prompt, always got the answer that there were buttons on the side if the tv (which we had already explored) - nothing about how the 3 different remotes worked. In the end we just made do with terrestrial tv. It would have been really helpful to have some sort of guest manual dealing with this, rubbish, exactly where to drop the keys (took half an hour to work that out!) etc. Finally, the photos of the apartment when we booked (and this questionnaire) were actually of a different flat.

Location was fantastic! Right in the city centre. Was a bit loud in the evenings because of that but nothing unbearable. Staff were really helpful and responded to any of my queries within minutes. The accommodation was secure. We were able to park our car in a private car park, which was a relief. All in all we had a great time. Would definitely book again!

There was a bit of staining on the carpet in one of the rooms. Beds were a bit small.

It was very comfortable and clean apartment. It had all you need + nice remains of old priory just around the corner. The position is excellent, in the center of Newcastle, yet it was quiet during the night. The hosts were flexible regarding a bit later check-in 🙂

Comfortable large apartment, very secure and close to everything. Great view over Black Friers and the city. car parking in the building was the key benefit for us so not having to carry luggage from far away. The team at Properties Unique were so helpful when we had to have a piece of lost property mailed from previous stay plus they were very patient waiting for us to gain access to the apartment and check on.

The directions while probably very clear to UK residents left us going in circles for a while. it’s key that you use the postcode NOT the street address. Night time noise from the streets below was pretty intense until towards midnight.

Location is great and very accessible. For asian travellers like me, a lot of asian restaurants around if you do miss food from home. It’s a few minutes walk to the station, to the stadium. I saw from previous comments about the noice, it was quite tolerable during my stay. It was just people passing by, that’s all.
