The apartment was nice and spacious, with three rooms (one bedroom, one living room/kitchen, and one bathroom) with a nice view on the balcony looking out over the city. A washer/dryer combo and a kitchen with a few necessities provided was great to have. The location of the room was great for getting straight out into the centre of Newcastle, right next to The Gate & Eldon Square, and only a 5 minute walk away from Newcastle central station to take the metro elsewhere if needed. The staff were also very accomodating, we had to switch our arrival time multiple times on short notice due to train delays and they were very understanding and met us at the property much later than our initial provided time. The woman who met us (her name escapes me as I'm terrible with names) was very friendly and helpful, and all of my phone correspondence with the property staff was great.

The only thing I wasn't super keen on was the bed which was a bit firm but that's ultimately a preference thing. The building was a little hard to find for us at first but once we found it, it was easy to get back to. Besides that, no other complaints.

Lovely apartment in a great location- we didn’t have any issues with the noise as mentioned in previous reviews and we stayed over a bank holiday weekend! The apartment looks exactly like the photos and was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The balcony with lovely view over the city is a great addition. Great service from the staff at meet and greet check in. We would definitely stay here again.

The living room and kitchen were great. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer. The location was wonderful for walking all over and access to train and metro.

We liked having a full bed. We suggest adding a foam topper to make it a bit more comfortable. It also would have been nice to have a coffee maker.

So close to town and a really lovely flat, with all you could want. The lady that met us to hand us the keys was so kind, helped to do the payment for the tunnel that I couldn't get to work on line. Everyone so helpful. Would highly recommend it . Underground parking great, felt really safe.

Everything was just as we expected perfect for what we wanted and we really didn't want to leave and the staff are really nice and friendly

More Towels, for 3 nights for two only had 1 Bath towel and hand towel each. Ashtray on balcony that was overflowing with soggy cigs. Only 2 Wine glasses that were not matching in size. Only 2 Schooner glasses.

I was amazed to discover that the photos are entirely indicative of the property. I felt like it would be a given that there was no way the place could be that lovely, so imagine my surprise when I discovered that the photos didn't do the place justice. Located in the heart of the greatest city on earth, you are within walking distance of everything you could desire. From the moment we made contact, Rachel did everything that she could to make sure my stay was as comfortable as it could possibly be. Even though I arrived later than expected, Claire went out of her way to come to the property asap so that I may finally drop my luggage off and begin exploring both the property and that incredible city.

I didn't like that I had to leave. I didn't like that I would have to wait until I could rent it again.
