"A perfect place to stay"

10.0

The host Catherine was superb with a warm welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Great facilities and so well thought with the nifty gadgets and clever use of space. The outdoor garden, fire pit and seating area was a lovely bonus too.

The hosts are just so hospitable and couldn't do enough to help, including printing instructions and charging up a torch for me as my return time was going to be in the dark. This is a perfect little nook to come away to for a long weekend with great local amenities. Such a clever use of space and it had everything I needed. Breakfasts were also top notch!

I didn't have a car with me and taxis/ bus services require a little patience seeing as the location is not so proximate to Bath. If you have the time though, then you're all good.

Breakfast & location were excellent. Hosts really lovely. Ida’s Nook had all that we needed for a comfortable & relaxing stay. I loved the thought and attention to detail. Millie the hosts dog is very cute we could have easily took her home with us. Bed is very comfortable we slept well.

Nothing - We loved everything.

"lovely property, comfortable and lovely outside area to relax in. Equipped with everything you need."

9.0

really clean and well laid out. owners were onsite and Catherine was really friendly and helpful. There was a Lovely area to sit and relax in in an evening or during the day if you were around. Owners have a little dog who liked to have a sniff around and would come for a tickle now and again.

Parking was across the road, on the hill outside a school. luckily it was school holidays so we could park. if parking was onsite it would have been fantastic. Stairs inside are a little steep and narrow, if you have mobility issues Ida’s Nook is not for you. If you don’t like dogs then bear in mind little Milly will want a bit of attention now and again.
