poor cleaness (dirty grill), for heating is available only two small heaters (for electricity) and for the space is not enough. overall visibly used equipment. missing fire detector. stairs on the roof and deck not suitable for children. the door from inside cannot be locked properly - there is only latch.

Easy key pick up, excellent location and apartment. A true gem! Absolutely highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the houseboat. Nice change. There was a park with a bar Nextdoor which was nice. Didn’t get to enjoy deck of boat due to rainy weather but had fun watching world go by through the windows.

Toilet touchy but to be expected. Directions for parking were unclear. Asked for help at hotel and they had no idea what we were talking about. Would recommend adding a picture of the gate to the initial parking lot where you pick up the ticket then make clear the lot marked for the hotel is where the actual parking is.

It's a fun stay! Modern inside and with nice terraces on the edge of the historic centre. The weather wasn't great so we felt pretty private, there weren't too many people heading past.

Our only issue was with the parking instructions, which were out of date. Our parking was intended to be in a lot associated with a hotel, and not the public parking lot, as instructed.
