Rezidence Malše - Unikátní apartmány na vodě

The location was excellent in a good proximity to restaurants and the city center.

Bathroom and particularly the toilet were not exactly a treat. The toiled smelled bad and so did the piping into the shower. I know that marine toilet can be challenging, but this could have been done better.

Really great location, very close to the city centre and next to a park with loads of cute cafes and bars. There was music playing till 11pm, but the rest of the night was very quiet and woke up to the sound of ducklings swimming around :D Will definitely be back and bring friends to hang out on the rooftop!

The living space was a little dusty and because the check in times were not flexible at all we had to walk around the city for 3 hours with our suitcases waiting for the check in time. It did not effect our stay that much

The place was really clean and nice.

The "room" is extremely small, but taking into account that it is a hausboat, it had to be expected

Great location

Cleanliness could be improved for the price. Windows were very dirty and there was some leftovers from previous guest (tablet blister, razor head cover...). Lounging area on roof could be improved with i.e. extra lights

Perfect location; close to city center, but also quiet. Very nice boat; we will be back!
