It’s lovely place to stay

Dobra lokalizacja , piękny taras , duży, z pięknym widokiem

Apartament potrzebuję sprzątania , cuchnące ręczniki , grzyb w łazienkach , kosz na bieliznę porośnięty grzybem. Właściciel się nie pojawił żeby odebrać apartament , a po godzinie pisali że złamaliśmy zamek od dżwi wejściowych i wymagali odszkodowania kosztów serwisu . Była to tańsza oferta , ale od dziś trzy razy się zastanowię

La terrasse etait tres fonctionnelle tout comme l appartement . Lit confortable .

Manque de propreté au niveau de la cuisine ustensiles a renettoyer avant .. moisissures dans la cafetière car filtre plein non vidé. Prevoir savon shampoing gel douche car juste de quoi faire une douche pour 5 . Attention bien prendre chaque chose en photo a votre arrivée car pas d état des lieux et lorsque quelque chose est deja cassé ils vous le facture a la fin du séjour comme pour nous l étendoir cassé a notre arrivée facturé 30 euros a notre sortie ... prochaine fois je signale chaque soucis avant. Heureusement qu ils n ont pas fais ça pour les tiroirs des commodes défectueuses.... Piscine agréable peu de monde en cette période mais non chauffée donc soyez courageux .soleil jusqu a 17h30 .. Quand il fait froid comme pour notre semaine manger a l interieur sur le bar est limite sinon il faut rentrer la table extérieur dedans ...

Zelo prostorno, čudovita velika terasa, veliko opreme v kuhinji. Bazen velik in brez gneče, a neogrevan, voda okoli 19 do 20 stopinj. Priročna garaža za avto pod stanovanjem. Lep razgled na palme in delno na morje.

Location in building/aspect. 3 rd floor so high enough to see sky / small amount of sea and not overlooked by other buildings. Sunny balcony. Very close to the Top Gate, therefore downhill walk to Puerto de Santiago. 2 mesh lined loungers on balcony. Kitchen equipped with enough pots/ pans/ utensils for home cooking. Lockbox. Bottle water in fridge on arrival.

The mattress on the king size bed in double bedroom was extremely soft . No sponge covers supplied for poolside loungers as supplied in other rented apartments. Ikea chair covers need replacement. No pool towels- one small bath towel and one hand towel pp supplied . Shower curtain in shower room, no enclosure. Lack of sunshade blinds on balcony would definitely be a problem in hot months- no problem in winter. Some late night noise from public steps close to apartment- poor soundproofing. Ear plugs would be helpful.

El menaje era justito, el tendedero estaba roto

Great location, spalio us apartament, beach nearby, separate parking space in the garage. This is very convenient because it is problem to find a parking spot on the street if you return later.

The garage gate code given to us by the apartment owner didn't work all time, so if we wanted to drive in or out of garage, we had to wait for another car whose driver would open the gate. This made it very difficult to plan our trips.
