"Beautifull stay!"

Beautifull place, very relaxed and not crowded at all! Perfect place if you like to have a short walk to the boulevard off puerto del carmen, also the pool is very nice and the balkony to! You need everything for an amazing time in this place

The shower was not that good. You had 2 minuteshot water and after that you just had cold water, also the showerhead was placed bad so you coudnt enjoy a good shower. When you have lood neighbours you can hear everything. But other then that its an amazing place! And next time i gonna book it again

"Pay for what you get"

Before arrival told them I was would be checking in late key and a map showing were I was staying was perfect online check in was also great …..place was clean WiFi was good and bottle of water left on counter was nice touch

A few Cockroach’s in the room ,happens I guess the island been so warm but there rotten to see

Safe and quite

The shower didn’t work, it started hot for less than a minute then it went freezing and the water pressure was non existent. But everything else was fine.

Angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre! Bioladen und Pools! Gute zubuchbare Angebote (Freizeitaktivitäten).

Schlechte, harte und durchgelegene Matratzen und veraltetes Bad/Dusche!

"Lovely escape."

The environment and room, comfortable beds and quiet surroundings.

Had a slight issue with a noisy extractor fan. Made the hotel aware and they investigated and addressed issues as soon as they could. They also compensated me for the inconvenience which was thoughtful.
