Chola Serviced Apartment

Nothing! Never seen a dirty place like it and first time I felt conned by the ratings on booking.com , sheets were musty, stained and smelly, all the bathrooms had fungus, the shower would also go on if open the tap,worst of all ,all the washbasins were leaking....the sofa in the living room was stained so badly..ACs did not work properly,so noisy...entire apartment was disgusting...

Please, please get this facility out of booking.com , I have travelled all over the world,always booked stay on booking.com and had a great experience but this was yucky,nauseating and we just wanted to get out of it ASAP....

It's location, friendly staff and the comfortable rooms.

Very friendly staff especially those at the restaurant. The receptionists were nice, too. Rooms were amazing though.

One of the staff at the restaurant was quite rude when it was closing time. He remarked under his breath but I chose to ignore him because the rest of the team was splendid.

Location and facilities

Lack of essential staffs at night; Missing cleaning routines and inspections before handing over of rooms to the guest; Very bad morning breakfast

Mosquitoes didn’t let us to sleep whole night. It was a horrible stay.
