The aircon was good

The toilet wasnt clean and we checkedin late to the hotel no receptionist was there to help or cleaners to clean the toilet

The check in at 12 am was quick and hassle free. Clean, well maintained spacious rooms and bathrooms. An amazing veg restaurant and helpful, polite and non-intrusive staff. We absolutely loved our stay there and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Provision for power points on either side of the bed to charge our mobiles would be great

Its an serviced apartment, and was good value for money. Prime location and staff good. But dont expect like 4 or 5 star hotel. Clean liness and atay is ok.

The restaurant was superb... the veg / jain food was delightful... bit expensive... but value for money.

The reception and host were busy and their hospitality was curt and to the point. No smiles...

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all essential amenities. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and responsive. The location was ideal—quiet, yet well-connected to the main areas of Trichy. The kitchen was functional and made it easy to prepare small meals. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained hygiene throughout the stay.

Parking was slightly cramped, especially for larger vehicles. Hot water availability in the early mornings could be improved.
