Convenient, exceptionally clean and modern. Pretty much everything we needed was provided.

The only small issues Thursday morning 7am bin men delivery early awakening. Only 3 coat hangers Everything else great 👍

The whole apartment was immaculate.

Location of the building was exceptional, right out onto the quayside. Property was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and clean, lovely bed linen. Welcome pack was very well received!

Unfortunately the flat was located at the back of the property so the view was of roof tops and bins which were used early in the morning. Would have loved a sea view as the outlook is amazing so we will book the two bedroom flat next time

Perhaps it could have been slightly clearer where exactly the door to the property was and that the key boxes were outside in the street. Luckily, someone helpful from Platten's came and showed me where it was.

The little extras were really nice but I'd really have appreciated just a pint of semi-skimmed milk in the fridge on arrival. I always want to have a cuppa with milk after a long journey, before I go to the shop.

Very clean, spacious cosy and comfortable. Great shower. Modern feel. Wood floors and lovely interior decor. Nice lighting, good storage. Nice touch of complementary coffee and tea, apple juice, water and chocs. Easy check in and very helpful staff located in the fish and chip shop.

Possibly need an extra surface in the bathroom to put 2 toiletry bags, make up removers, contact lens equipment and such like but a minor issue that would not stop us re-booking. Lightening speed of service when we didn’t realise we needed to press the switch for the gas hob ignition!

The apartment had good space, a pleasant bathroom, and the property is in a great location.

Unfortunately, this accommodation didn’t meet expectations. There was no outdoor space, and the view was directly over the bins, which wasn’t pleasant. The room was very hot, with only a noisy fan for cooling. The bed linen was mismatched, giving it an untidy feel, and the fridge was dirty. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Lovely, modern, spacious, clean apartment in the heart of Wells next the Sea. Tastefully furnished, with a well equipt kitchen and great bathroom. Several streaming services where available on the TV.

Location would have been perfect if not for being situated above a restaurant/fish and chip shop. As the weather was very hot we had the windows open but the smell of fish and chips got to be a bit overpowering. The 'courtyard' that the apartment overlooked at the back was really just a bin store for the business below so not a pretty sight (we kept the blinds closed) and attracted the seagulls which, at the crack of dawn, bombarded the bins for food creating an horrendous noise. The bottom oven did not heat up and the top oven vibrated the whole time it was hot. There was no coffee machine although mentioned in the details and the dishwasher was still out of order, not that that bothered us. The bed, whilst comfortable, creaked badly on the right hand side, and we would have appreciated a few more coat hangers than 3!!

The lack of parking on site and having to pay over £10 per day at least to park our car

Beautiful apartment and really well laid out. The decor is modern and stylish and the rooms are spacious. The sofa and armchair in the sitting room are very comfortable. The location is excellent, with the main entrance opening onto the quay and the shops, restaurants and cafes close by. We didn't have a car so the lack of parking didn't bother us, nor did the lack of a sea view as we were out most of the time.The bottle of rose, orange juice and crisps were a generous welcome and much appreciated. Luxury dressing gowns were a nice touch. The letting agents were quick to react and extremely helpful.

The dishwasher and washing machine don't work and looking at the reviews it seems there have been issues for at least the last 5 months. We were not warned about this. There were no ordinary knives (just sharp ones in the knife block). The dining table tips if you lean on it when you stand up.
