The key should have been in the lockbox but wasn’t. After going into the restaurant that owned and finding someone who knew. We found them in the door where the cleaner had left them.

Location right on the Quay. Easy to access all local amenities and to get to buses to go along the coast. It was easy to walk down to the beach and also into Holkham Hall estate. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Not having parking was an issue for me and I had to drive around a lot to find some free parking and then do a few trips to the car with my things. I believed I had parking included when I booked but this seemed to have changed by the time I stayed. The advice was to park up on the double yellows outside to unload, but the day I arrived it was so busy on the Quay i wouldn't have felt comfortable doing that. I couldn't get the hobs lit and there were no matches. The lights were also sometimes flicking on and off - i've now seen these comments in an earlier review and they haven't been rectified. Also the comments about parking were mentioned. It wasn't great having a large bin directly outside one of the windows that seagulls were going after

The flat was very warm and could do with a fan.

The apartment was superb! Centrally located, with the advantage of being situated at the back of the block, so it was nice and quiet even when the high street was bustling. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need. It was the perfect base from which to explore the general area. I left a couple of small handbags when we left and Donna kindly offered to post them to me, which I thought was extremely kind of her. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely bright and clean apartment. It was easy check in and well equipped flat. Kitchen was good size with all that we needed. The living area. The bedroom was beautifully laid out as was the bathroom.

We knew when we booked that there was no view of the quayside and the flat overlooked the tea access to a pub/restaurant but it was a bit noisy at times but nothing that really affected our stay.

Overall a lovely stay. Good peace of mind with camera at entrance. Unique and spacious layout inside and excellent location on the Wells Harbour-side. Good bathroom. Mostly all other facilities were good. Got 10% off voucher for Plattens Fish & Chips which were Lovely.

Bed a little hard and could feel springs. Closed the blinds on one of the windows in bedroom due to an untidy area with bins full outside. One of the cooker hobs was not working. The large clock in sitting area was not accurate. We also noticed when all lights were on, some flickered in lounge diner area. Before stay parking was included but got sent email contradicting inclusion after it was arranged so needed to reconfirm. For price, the property did not quite meet the matching expectations.
