"Fabulous"

We were incredibly impressed with Herons Hideaway. Its very rare when your accommodation is way better than the photos! Loved the whole place and were thrilled with the hamper and dressing gowns. Lovely and quiet and in the perfect location. Would definitely be staying here again and have recommended it to our friends and family.

There was nothing we didn't like about it.

"Great location"

Very comfortable flat, good location on Wells front. Near shops, pubs and buses. Parking paid for in nearby car park. Ideal for local walks, plenty of room.

No coffee maker, Netflix login wouldn't work.

"Lovely apartment in a prime location"

The location was fantastic. Just walk out of the door & the harbour is there. The apartment was well stocked & had everything we wanted & needed. If was comfortable & more than enough room for the two of us. The Welcome hamper was very welcomed

No views but that was reflected in the price. Would have been nice to have had a lamp rather than the full lights.

Attractive interior.

No hand wash/soap anywhere in the apartment. A bit bare. Could have done with a lamp in the lounge. Need more coat hooks.

"Lovely apartment in a great location"

Lovely apartment in a great location. The welcome hamper is a really nice touch & the parking permit was much appreciated. There was even a Xmas tree up which was very thoughtful for the time of year we were there.

The only downside is that there’s no view as the apartment is at the back of the property but we knew this before booking.
