Cockroaches were everywhere in the building, including my room 1005

It was big and had a balcony

The air conditioning makes noise like airplanes, the walls with fungus and leaking water, the beds are hard like rocks, the showers didn’t flush the water normally so all the water goes out, there are cockroaches in the kitchen, in the balcony you hear the air conditionings super loud, the place is a nightmare. We needed to put towels in the floor everywhere, and the staff was complaining that they were white towels…

There is nothing to highlight in the apartment except for the location

1. Fans don't work 2. Ac units don't work 3. Leaks in the apartment to the point it flooded 4. Roaches in the kitchen 5. Staff threatened to punch me in the face as I told them the AC was not working 5. Curtains that are falling apart and don't close 6. No batteries in the remote controls 7. Refrigerator barely worked 8. Light sockets out of order

The location was the only positive thing about this property.

My wife and I checked in at 15:00 and went up to the apartment to discover two men cleaning it still. We had to wait 20 minutes while they hastily completed their work; however, it still was not clean. The apartment is desperately in need of a deep cleaning and it was apparent that the staff paid zero attention to detail. Several things were in disrepair or in need of replacement. The apartment did not have any towels despite their cleaning check list noting that there should have been 8. The young man working at the front desk of the property management company promised that he would deliver towels but did not. This place was a huge disappointment.
