Poseidon Lake Apartments

We ate breakfast at a little shop within the building. The attendant was marvelous and the food was delicious!! The view of “El Laguito” from that terrace was beautiful. Some of the views from the apartment were nice. The apartment had a refrigerator and microwave, which was nice.

The check-in and key pickup were in a different building than the apartment. It was a bit frustrating looking for the right place and walking back and forth. I was given a number to call/text, but it seemed that was not the same people as when I checked in. The number of beds in the apartment were not sufficient for the number in our reservation, but they made it right by bringing extra mattresses. When we were low on toilet paper, their response was “we gave you a roll of toilet paper as a courtesy, but it’s not included.” Or something like that. Overall, the 7 of us made the best of it, but our experience could have been better.

It's a building with many bad and dangerous anomalies, the elevators are too small for the for the numbers of people who use it. The building has 21 floors, with 20 apartments in each floor, and there is only 2 elevators, with capacity for 4 people every elevator, elevators get blocked on every floor, it's a dangerous and torturous kind of feat, was a really bad expirience, they cut off the water every so often and you get soapy in the middle of the shower, the towels and all the kitchen utensils are old and disgusting, the doors don't close well and aren't safe, if you lose any belongings no one responds, no waste your money on those old buildings, you will only pay for the view, the sea view is the only good thing, the rest is pure garbage

Nothing. The good thing is that I know now that I will never rent this place again in the future.

The apartment is not the same as described here. Many problems in the apartment upon our arrival. Problem of A/C (leak), bad Wifi connection in the back room, problem with the reception who invents any excuse to steal his customers. Never rent accommodation to these thieves. All good comments are scammers. The price is overvalued compared to the quality offered. $20 surcharge for a towel that could be washed. Illegal housing condition statement and not even signed at the correct date. Lack of professionalism. Even if you are many people, they give you only one access card (illogic).

The view is amazing! The staff was nice..

There was no towels or pillows in the apartment. The elevators were always out of service. Staying in the 7th floor was a hassle. Had to ask for an appointment to go the pool and there was no point for there was a lot of people there...
