Access was unkept and dirty, the apartment was shabby, furniture stained, cupboards seriously in need of updating. Springs uncomfortable in second bedroom, shower old, grimy, mould. All night noise from neighbours, screaming, slamming, fighting.

How clean and nice it was ! Location was perfect

I really didn't like the entrance at night , felt very unsafe walking down it - poorly lit

Location and apartment. Cooking utensils were excellent.

Lobby was filled with unopened mail. It was difficult to understand how apartment lock works. Bathroom was not 100% clean. Bathroom mat was stained/dirty.

The location is very convenient. The apartment is spacious, with a nice kitchen.

The walk past the bin area to get to the stairs up to the apartments is a little grim. The overwhelming smell of curry from the takeaway has clung to the walls so the smell isn't the most pleasant. The WiFi router was hidden behind a door which was wedged open, so didn't have WiFi until the next morning when I found out where it was.

It was perfect for what we need

The entrance stair stank of hash and was manky

Someone to make sure the entrance stair was a bit more cleaner

Close to concert hall

Standard was very poor had to call to get let in many times and was told I would receive code in email Rats running about outside at night the bathroom had two different doors on cupboard as well there was marks on celling in sitting rom sofa was all marked with god knows what the smell of weed out through the stair wells was awful so would no stay there again
