Wasn’t clean. Shower was filthy, sofa all stained, tv not working, blinds hanging off the windows, no heating in the living room

Cleanliness and Things provided

Loved this property! On arrival I was greeted with a lovely clean smell and a sparking apartment throughout, lots of clean towels and amazingly comfortable beds. The customer service is amazing and you really feel well looked after. An amazing property.

Perfect location good for the price. Good security easy to access!

Facilities were not the best(heating, hot water), and found some dirty things under the bed, issues with the wifi also

Location was very good. Near pubs and clubs, did not need to get a taxi anywhere. Very good for a night out. If you are on a lad/ girls holiday and don’t mind it is very good.

There was lots of flies in the flat. It stank of curry as there is Indian restaurant next door to the apartment block. So it was very smelly. Couldn’t open windows at certain times of day. Many rat traps and bins on the way to apartment. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. You could not control the heating so it was either very hot or very cold. The towel heater in the bathroom was permanently on and could burn your skin. General lack of maintenance and dated appliances. WiFi not good. Windows dodgy, unable to open.
