Beautiful cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment

Very bueaty apartment

The open plan was great, and the location was quiet and really quite lovely. It was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the fans provided as it was warmer than we are used to. Overall we had a great stay.

The stairs were a problem for me, if you have any mobility issues it can be a pain especially if you have a larger suitcase. Thankfully there is another double bedroom available on the bottom floor, but it's a steep staircase to get to the apartment.

It’s a quiet and clean place. Most of the necessities are provided. Pretty enough cutlery and crockery. It’s amazing they provided bath mat in bathrooms(quite a lot don’t), so we could always have a dry bathroom while with kids and elderly.

It takes 30 mins drive (one way) to Newcastle city centre if you need to go Newcastle everyday.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. All facilities needed were present. The downstairs bedrooms were quiet. The mezzanine room is very beautiful though not as quiet as the other bedrooms at night. The proximity of the designated car park bay to the rear door was great, literally 1m.

We were unsure of the actual apartment address. The reminder emails need to explicitly state: No 2, Riverview Apartments, River View, then the post code. The downstairs bathroom shower hose needs repair as water flow is impeded. The water pressure is such that the mezzanine shower cannot be used whilst the downstairs shower is in use.

Spacious appartment, well appointed, great view.

En suite shower tricky, cooker could use a deep clean.

Fabulous location, quiet, good parking, host easily contactable.

Key wouldn't work at back of property. Fridge didn't work at all. Arm on sofa loose. Shower over bath couldn't work. Futon bed not very comfy. All these areas easily put right.
