Kingston Flat

Nos encantó todo. El apartamento limpio, muy bien equipado, ubicación perfecta y la comunicación con Michael de 10. No dudaríamos en volver a alojarnos.

L appartement est très propre et bien placé. C est la deuxième fois que nous y séjournons et nous le recommandons fortement ! Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin.

The location of this flat is fantastic. Easy to get to and from Heathrow Airport with the SL7 bus. Also easy to get the train to Waterloo when going in to London city. The flat has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, it's warm and it is clean. Great shopping opportunities close by, lots of restaurants and pubs to enjoy. Michael is the perfect host, always ready to help if help is needed.

The only thing that I think could have improved the stay is if it were possible to have a choice between having two individual duvets instead of one single duvet... this however is a preference and not a necessity... I'm a fidgety sleeper and tend to hog the blankets.

This was my first experience of booking a self catering holiday accommodation. My guest really enjoyed their stay there and I am encouraged to try booking it again. Thoughtful owner. Clean and well stocked apartment. The welcome pint of milk in the fridge was a nice touch.

Got lost a couple of times and wondered whether there is a quick way to get to Seven Kings Way, which is visible from the flat. Also, I tried to go in through the front door and got as far as the lifts before getting confused. There are directions to get to almost all the flats except for a handful including this one. It would be good if Building Management can address that.
