Kingston Flat

Very spacious clean comfortable flat in lovely area owners were on call when needed and even met us to check out of garage lovely couple will be staying again next year

Only niggle was nothing to do with flat or owners it was the very rude Nigerian car park assistant

The flat was modern, spacious and comfortable. It was very close i.e. walking distance to public transport (both the train station and the bus stop), shops as well green areas where you can stroll along the river. The flat was well equipped with various kitchen utensils, wifi and a television. The check in and check out process was smooth. Michael the host was friendly and easily contactable. The flat is well represented by the photos and met expectations.

The door mechanism for the flat was a little tricky to use but Michael (the host) sent through clear instructions and once you understand the mechanism, it isn’t a problem. To be clear, this was a minor dislike and everything else about the property was great - I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The flat was extremely well furnished so much so that we felt at home for the first time on our two months trip. The location was perfect for walking the Thames and Hampton Court. I would highly recommend this flat.

Amenities were all great Our host was amazing. Answered a query instantly. Very clear instructions given on access Would have loved to have stayed extra days but it was booked out So handy to everything !

Michael is very responsive, everything (atractions and instructions are very clearly mentioned at the house. Wifi was good. Location is perfect. All equipments are properly working. Complimentary milk, biscuits, tea are very thoughtfull. House is Very well decorated. Perfect for a family of 3. Could be little bit more clean, there were dust on and in the chest of drower and some hair on floor. Bed was squeaking when u turn during sleep. Location of the house in the aptmant is little bit far. U need to walk when u get in the apt.

Apartment renewed with personal care and attention to detail. Michael always reponded quickly to questions and the directions to arrive were very clear. The street is so quiet, even with the train station and city center nearby.

This was our second visit and the accommodation is comfortable, clean, very pleasant and perfectly located. We look forward to our next visit and Michael is the perfect host.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like, it’s close to shops, transport and stunning walks, the only thing we didn’t enjoy was having to leave.

The property is very near to the city centre. sainsbury is just 1 min walk. bus and metro rail is withing walking distance. property was well maintained and highly recommended for any one looking for stay in Kingston
