Please note that the building will be undergoing exterior cladding remediation works between April and the end of August. The flat itself remains fully usable and comfortable. There will be scaffolding in place at the front of the building and workmen present during daytime hours. There is no heavy construction or drilling planned — the impact is mainly visual. During this period, the balcony will not be accessible. The nightly rate has been adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Perfect flat for my week in Kingston, couldn't have been better."

Perfect flat for my week in Kingston. Modern, clean and very comfortable in a well managed block 5 mins walk from the station and town centre. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine were welcome nice touches.

Really minor point but would have liked a couple of glass tumblers for my evening Scotch!

Superb central location in Kingston. Host provides a wide range of facilities. Great to have washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Full range of cooking equipment, coffee machine. Great TV and good Wifi.

Host left some biscuits, coffee, tea and milk and was a lovely surprise! The place is bright and clean and close to lot of activities. Host also left a notebook full of useful information.

Finding and getting into the flat is a bit of a challenge, but it was dark and may be easier in the daylight. A table and chairs on the balcony would be a nice addition.

"Perfect stay in convenient spot"

Very well organised layout. Fully kitted out. Perfect location with quick access to Kingston town centre, train station and river. Quiet area with calmed traffic and yet so close to everything. Very clean.

Nothing to dislike. Would definitely stay again.
