Kingston Flat

Fab location.Unit was clean and I don't want to nit pick but the cutlery was grubby.Food still on some knives.The unit needs a coffee table not a padded foot stool and as handy as it may be lots if bottles of used shower gel and toilet wipes in the bathroom should be thrown away.

Apart from the above things mentioned it is an amazing place to stay so you can shop and explore beautiful Kingston Upon Thames.

Loved everything - perfect for a couple. the apartment was bright clean just like photos. Appreciated all the little things and extras. Michael was great - responsive. Easy to locate and enter - follow instructions. Lift. Sainsbury and river 3 min walk. Absolutely loved Kingston on Thames. Def will come back. thanks Michael

great location near Kingston train station, riverside and shopping area/cafes/restaurants. well stocked with toiletries, kitchen and laundry items.

The apartment is very close to all amenities. The caretaker is fantastic and plenty of cleaning products provided.

No egg cups or tea towels. No information on recycling bins or general information where to eat, drink, bus stops etc.

It's located in the centre of Kingston. Close to the Bentalls shopping centre. Shops , bus station ( bus to Hampton Court - 411 and 111) . And the train station - handy for London Waterloo. The Thames was a short walk away. The apartment was lovely. I highly recommend it. The host , Michael, was very welcolming.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to all the shops and supermarkets, 5 mins walk to train station. The apartment is nice clean with car park. Living room has double size sofa bed in addition to a 3 seats sofa. perfect for couples or family of 3-4 people. Host is friendly and helpful.

We were self catering. Location is brilliant for train, bus and local shops, pubs and restaurants really top location. Milk and tea/coffee provided with biscuits on arrival, nice surprise. Good wifi, and great smart telly.

Struggled with bedroom window, would'nt close properly, so some traffic noise during night. Some saucepans need replacing.

This flat is very close to Kingston town centre with a range of restaurants and shops, train station, bus routes and riverside walks, all within 5-10 minutes walk. I felt safe walking home at night, even though I am an elderly woman on my own. The flat itself is very comfortable, quiet and well-appointed, and there is a parking space in a basement car park. Michael was friendly and very helpful. I would go there again.

Access to the flat is at the back of the block through a confusing series of corridors, stairs, a lift, security code etc. - I was not the first guest to have phoned the host because I was lost! Access from the garage was easier. It would have been helpful to have had clearer directions on where exactly to pull up in the car off the narrow street before phoning the host for admittance. (The answer was in front of an unmarked, shuttered garage door.)
