The bathroom drain is clogged, the kind of clogged that when you are showering there js a pool building on your feet and when I contacted the person in charge, I received no acknowledgment, they didn’t respond, didn’t apologize, nothing, until to check-out the next day only they reply to the key picture i send to let them know i checked out. I ended up having to go to Mr. DIY myself to buy a plunger and a drain cleaning solution.
AUDamaged floors that were unsafe for children and elderly parents. Strong smell, probably from the water damage. It was hard to contact PoC for help or enquires - no response. We ended contacting Bookings.com for help instead. Eventually the POC got back to us and he said he was busy.

Parking. Been telling owner that someone had used the parking QR and the owner thought we’re dumb for not following what they said (get in by using QR). And they wouldn’t refund us the parking ticket even it was their fault.

The guidelines given to check in is not updated and confusing. Also, I booked the room for 2 adults with 1 car and 1 motorcycle. We have problem when we want to check out as the status said that already checked out whereas we were just about to. Luckily the guard there helped out by scanning his QR code. And the parking fee for the car is inclusive in the package and should be free
