MYThe mattress
The staff in charged did not answering calls when I really need to ask about how to find my parking. I stuck outside the hotel about 1.30 hour! Very troublesome and confusing even they provided videos. The toilet was soooooo smelly (i think the management failed to maintain the sewer). Master bedroom's door knob was broken, the air-conditioning at the hall was not cold at all

Too rundown. Towels are old. No hooks for towels to be hung in the toilet. Musky smell in the room. Only one toilet roll provided for 5 days.

The water hose in the toilet is automatic, come out from the toilet bowl. I don't feel comfortable with it
