TW此房間的狀況非常糟糕，屋內空氣非常臭，有人抽煙後，房東要掩蓋煙味，所以用了非常多的芳香劑，導致整間房間的空氣不只有煙味，更是充滿混合芳香劑的臭味，我還有兩個小孩，一進到房間整個就頭暈，想吐，根本沒辦法入住，更別說睡覺了！這種房間本就不應該拿出來給房客使用，地板更是有潮濕而爛掉凹陷，沙發摸起來都是沙，這種狀況，為了家人的健康，只能選擇另外尋找住所，導致我們從凌晨出門、搭機，疲累了一整天後，還要再臨時找住所，一直到將近18:00才休息下來，整個心情及呼吸都受到了非常嚴重的影響，我們是第一次來到馬來西亞，來參加朋友的婚禮，更影響我對馬來西亞的印象，變得那麼差，整個行程都被打亂，我跟房東反應，將卡片放回原本的信箱，因為環境非常糟糕的問題，會嚴重影響到我們的健康，我們沒辦法接受這樣的房間入住，所以要求換房，房東回應沒有房間，不能換，那我就要求退房，以及全額退款，房東至此之後不回應我，連我請當地朋友致電給房東也不接電話，逃避問題，這種狀況消費者求救無門，麻煩請平台客服重視，積極幫消費者處理此問題，感謝🙏
