EM Apartments

Good central location

Check in was dreadful. No instructions were sent prior to arrival and the phone number provided was not answered when we arrived as the office was closed. We were unsure we were even at the correct location as the booked name EM apartments was not listed and we were only able to get the keys thanks to the help of the receptionist at Higgins motel who had an alternative number for Margaret River properties. Had we arrived half an hour later we would not have been able to get in.

Location was great

The bathroom was not clean , and the hole place had a horrible moldy smell to it. It was coming from the bathroom. Also the TV didn't work , the wifi was not available and the host came to the room before check out time. When I opened the door it was about 10 minutes to check out time and we were told to hurry. We had vacated the property at exactly 10AM as instructed , but considering the above I just found this really frustrating. The location was great but the place didn't feel clean due to a horrible smell .

Didn't see any staff . Not sure if we got the correct room . Bed was a bit soft. Not sure if would stay again

Great location, easy parking and good communication! Everything we needed for a couple of nights in Margaret River!
